My Journey,
My journey began many years ago when I struggled with acne. I turned to the internet for solutions and eventually stumbled upon a term I had never heard before: "Aesthetician." What I discovered was that aestheticians are skincare experts, and you can actually go to school to become a master of skincare! This was the answer to all my skin prayers—I could become a master and learn how to take care of my skin.
Shortly after that, I enrolled in beauty school, graduated, and began my beauty journey. Along the way, I learned that apricot scrub isn't ideal for the face, chemical peels aren't as scary as they seem, and I discovered that I loved even more aspects of beauty than I ever imagined. Eventually, I was able to clear up my acne (thanks to chemical peels) and, through trial and error, learned how to maintain a clear complexion.
During the worst of my acne struggles, I also discovered my love for makeup and the incredible power that a simple foundation can have. It’s like war paint, haha! Now, 8 years later, I’m still learning, growing, and feeling blessed to have the opportunity to work on such beautiful canvases every day.
